It is informed that botox treatment could possibly occur swelling or bruise after the treatment, but rarely. 

Normally, the bruise disappears in 1-2 weeks and swelling subsides within 2-3 days. 

If patients experience abnormal symtpoms, highly advise them to visit the hospital.
