Atopic Dermatitis
Atopic Dermatitis can easily relapse and become chronic, therefore requiring constant treatment and care.
It comes from both genetic and environmental factors and is distributed across the skin in various shapes and areas.
Factors that damage the
prognosis of atopic dermatitis:
  • When the skin lesion is too widespread
  • When it셲 accompanied with allergic rhinitis or asthma
  • When there is a family history of atopic dermatitis
  • When it has young onset
  • When the patient is an only child
Causes and Symptoms
Causes
Because Atopic dermatitis is a complex disease of genetic, environmental, and immunological factors,
the pathological mechanism or the pathological physiology has not been clearly identified yet.
Symptoms
Atopic dermatitis starts with severe itchiness with papuloerythematous and scales. When it gets worse, one scratches until
it bleeds. This 쐇tchy-scratch-itchy cycle gets repeated and if it gets worse, leads to lichenification, or thickened skin and
distinct wrinkles.Mostly it occurs as a consequence of scratching and rubbing, and at night gets worse, moreover causing insomnia. During an acute phase, papuloerythematous and blisters appear, after which scratching can cause exudaviyum bleeding or secondary infections.
Treatment
For positive results in treatment of Atopic dermatitis, it is important to learn as much
about your condition as possible, and for patients and doctors to establish mutual trust and patience.

UV RADIATION THERAPY
Studies have shown that UV rays from sunlight can have treatment effects for vitiligo. Using actual sunlight for treatment, however, would require long hours, which can cause burns and other negative side effects. This has led to the development of artificial UV radiation equipment.
